About Me and

The Sacred Wild

I walk alongside, serve and support people as they move beyond survival and into lives that feel safe, embodied, and fully their own.

Meet Jenn

I didn’t come to this work because it was trendy or aspirational.

I came to it because survival was all I knew for a long time — and my body eventually asked for more.

For much of my life, I lived in a constant state of vigilance. Overworking. Over-giving. Holding it all together. On the outside, I was capable, responsible, and accomplished. On the inside, my nervous system was braced for impact, always waiting for the next thing to go wrong.

Like many people who have lived through trauma, I didn’t know what safety actually felt like. I thought exhaustion was normal. I thought anxiety was motivation. I thought pushing through was strength.

Until my body — and my spirit — asked me to listen.

My healing did not come from fixing myself.

It came from remembering myself.

Through years of personal work — including nature-based practices, embodiment, nervous system regulation, storytelling, fire dance, NLP, hypnosis, energy work, and deep relationship with the natural world — I began to experience something unfamiliar and revolutionary: being at home in my body.

Not numb.

Not dissociated.

Not performing healing.

Alive. Present. Regulated. Free.

I learned that survival had meaning — it protected me when I needed it — but it was never meant to be the place I lived forever.

Why I do this work

I now walk alongside people who are ready to move beyond survival and into a life that feels embodied, honest, and sustainable.

I don’t believe healing is about being “fixed,” medicated into compliance, or pressured into positivity. I believe it is about learning how to feel safe enough to be alive again — in your body, your truth, and your relationships.

My work is grounded, relational, and deeply respectful of your autonomy. I don’t heal you. I don’t save you. I walk with you as you learn how to listen to your body, regulate your nervous system, and rewild your relationship with yourself.

Nature is one of our greatest teachers in this work — reminding us that cycles, rest, expression, and regulation are not luxuries, but laws of life.

How I Hold Space

I walk alongside people as they move into life beyond survival, offering both presence and practical support.

Our work together includes simple, embodied techniques and practices I’ve learned through my own healing journey — along with space for you to discover what works for your body, nervous system, and life. There is no single formula here. What regulates one person may not regulate another.

Rather than asking you to adopt my way, I support you in cultivating your own unique rituals, rhythms, and practices — ones that are sustainable, honest, and rooted in your lived reality.

My goal is not for you to work with me forever.

My goal is for you to leave with a foundation you can return to again and again.

Together, we focus on:

• nervous system regulation you can actually use in daily life

• practices that support safety, embodiment, and self-trust

• integrating healing into relationships, work, and rest — not isolating it

As your capacity grows, my role naturally shifts. I remain available as support when needed, but you are no longer reliant on external guidance to feel okay in your body or your life.

This is not about perfection or constant self-improvement.

It’s about building a relationship with yourself that allows you to thrive — with steadiness, choice, and integrity.

I am here to walk with you while you remember how to live beyond survival, and then to trust yourself enough to continue on your own.

This work honors survival as sacred intelligence —

and supports you in learning how to live beyond it.
