Together, we’ll have honest conversations about trauma, the nervous system, relationships, boundaries, self-awareness, and the small shifts that can help us begin living beyond survival.
Because trauma may be part of your story, but it does not have to be the entirety of your life.
There is no pressure to share, no expectation to have it all figured out, and no requirement to be “healed.” Come as you are. Listen, ask questions, share your experience, or simply sit by the fire.
The Campfire is a peer-support and educational community, not therapy or a substitute for professional mental health care.
